YILDIZ POMPA is primarily engaged in the manufacture of industrial gear pumps that are widely used in the processing of viscose and semi-viscose liquids.

YILDIZ POMPA, with its years of experience and research backed know-how, has produced pumps for use in various industries such as detergent sector, food processing, paint manufacturing, chocolate production and in transfer of petroleum products, to count a few.

MP Pumps was organized in Detroit in 1942, shortly after America’s entry into World War II. With more than a half century of experience in the design and manufacture of centrifugal pumps, MP Pumps has been providing high quality centrifugal pumps for 70 years to the Industrial, Marine, Agricultural, Military, Petroleum and Transportation markets. INDUSTRIAL
Standard’s centrifugal drum pumps are engineered to safely transfer aggressive chemicals from drums, ToteTanks®, and large storage vessels. Pump tubes (liquid ends) are available in a variety of materials and immersion lengths. It is available in high-flow or high-pressure models in Polypropylene, Kynar (PVDF), CPVC, Stainless steel & Aluminum with option on electric or air driven motors.

SANITARY / FOOD & BEVERAGE
Standard manufacturers both Centrifugal (low viscosity), Progressive Cavity (high viscosity) Drum Pumps & Air operated double diaphragm (AODD) used mainly in production of food products, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Standard’s sanitary pumps are constructed with polished Stainless Steel, PTFE and food grade elastomers and are designed to be easy disassembled daily for cleaning. Additionally, the sanitary range of pumps are 3A certified & FDA compliant.

BATCH CONTROL SYSTEM
For applications requiring precision dosing, Standard Pumps Batch Control Systems offer a turn-key solution. The integrated Batching Meter eliminates the need for buckets and scales as well as greatly reduce human error when accuracy is important. Once the system is calibrated, operators simply select the dose size and press ENTER. The Sanitary Batch Control Systems are available with both air or electric motor options. Additionally, the Batch Controls Systems are 3A certified and FDA compliant.

Advantages: The pumps of the MCC series are currently the most modern and durable technology for absorber recirculation pumps in flue gas desulphurization plants. The design enables to produce extreme large pumps with low costs. Under the aspect of lifetime, our SICcast® material exceeds conventionally materials by far. Regarding the metal free design of the wet hydraulic part, corrosion is principally not possible.

Advantages:

Due to the SICcast® material, the pumps of the MC series can be used for many applications. Especially in abrasive applications, with fine-grained solids, extreme lifetimes can be reached. Further, the material can be used for ph values < 1 up to 12.

VULCAN features VOLT and HDS series and available in high chrome iron and CD4MCU liquid end, thermal protection, dual moisture detection probe and added feature options. VULCAN pumps are widely suited in power generation, mining, quarry and petrochemical plant.

It is available in Magnachrome™, hard iron, stainless steel, and aluminum bronze fluid ends. Pump sizes range from 3x2x13, 4x3x3, 5x4x14, 6x5x11, 6x5x14, 8x6x11, 8x6x14 and 10x8x14.
